Did You Hear the Scoop?

Hey Loves! As warmer weather is approaching, what sings Summer Time more than Ice Cream?
First of all, what's your favorite flavor?
I have a variety of favorites, as I'm always open to trying flavors that I'm not familiar with. I'm usually a classic flavor person that loves Butter Pecan, Vanilla, Cherry, Chocolate, and Sherbet. My tastebuds actually changed when I started working at Baskin Robbins many years ago. I became a huge fan of Jamoca Almond Fudge, Pistachio, and Cherries Jubilee.
While working at Baskin Robbins about twenty years ago, I helped with making Ice Cream Cakes. That experience has allowed me to take some tips with me that I'll always remember.
With that being said, I made an Oreo Ice Cream Cake for my daughter's birthday when she was a little younger. This year, she asked for an Oreo Ice Cream cake as well. Here's a video of her cake from start to finish. Ice Cream Cakes can be tricky, as ice cream does not take long to melt. The key is using wax paper to help with layering the ice cream scoops (shout out to Baskin Robbins).
Enjoy my video and have a flavorful Spring and Summer!
XO,
LaToya
